Tasks:
• Creating the architecture of public cloud based parametric insurance products.
• Develop complex and highly scalable micro services based applications in a cloud plat-form that surprises and delights.
• Guide internal and external development teams.
Requirements:
• Higher education degree (at least B.Sc.) in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• 5+ years' of experience as an architect and developer using PaaS.
• Experience of cloud applications and a cloud platform (preferably MS Azure)
• Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies (including open source), business drivers, and emerging computing trends.
• You know what is possible today and keep an eye of what is brewing in the scene, so you have your idea what may become possible soon as well.
• You have successfully deployed at least one cloud based application of a relevant size to production.
• You have a deep understanding of event driven, horizontal and message oriented architectures.
• Very strong .NET expertise.
• Experienced in micro service design and implementation.
• Client centric mindset.
• Docker.
• Experience in Kubernetes is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• A strong team player.
