One of the leading companies is currently seeking for File Maker Developer to work on a 12 month rolling contract in Switzerland.
As a File Maker Developer, you will be required to be skilled within the following:
- FileMaker Developer on Version 13 or higher
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting;
- Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution);
- Issuing Scripting guidelines;
- Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications;
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity;
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability;
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes;
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects;
- Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction;
Non-Technical profile requirements:
- Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work);
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills;
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines; Methodology/Certification requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred Language proficiencies:
- English spoken and written
