Administrative Expert (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Manage travel, expense reports, meeting and calendar for Global Head Strategic Operations
- Help manage overall communications budget (in coordination with our communications and patient relations operations experts)
- Open purchase orders, book goods receipt, establish new vendors in system, etc.
- Handle Health Care Journalist purchase orders and contracts
- Complete expense reports and coordinate large group meetings for Leadership Team members (5 people)
- Update and maintain distribution lists for communications, handle onboarding for all new team members (desk, phone, etc.)
- Other administrative tasks as required
Your qualifications
- Good relevant work experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a team
- Good communication and contact skills to allow collaboration with different stakeholders
- Able to work independently and proactive in offering solutions to problems/issues
- Previous pharmaceutical experience is a plus
- Fluency in English, preferably also German speaking
