NextLink is an IT Consultancy that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers for the past 20 year.We are currently looking for a Senior CS/PM Consultant to work for our final client, leading financial company based in Geneva area.
Start date: ASAP
End date: Long term contract. 1st end date is March 2018, then extended till 2019 and so on.
Service:
- Assist the client's Customer Service through the lifecycle of new SAP functionalities implementation
- Develop new processes based on SAP standard solutions
- Delivery of assessment, gap analysis versus template, customizing, functional specifications, unitary and integrated tests, key user tests management, training delivery, change management guidance, cutover and go live support
- Strong customer service and plant maintenance knowledge:
- Notification and order management
- Measurement points
- PM QM integration: inspection lot with order
- Maintenance plan
- PLM interfaces for BOM
- Interfaces specifications and tests
- Strong integration with SD, MM, LE, FICO, retail, development and PI teams
- Ability to debug programs to perform analysis
- Adaptable personality and quick learner
- Ability to work on several projects in parallel
- English is mandatory
