Für unseren Kunden suchen wir mehrere UI Designer/Engineer wie folgt (English):

Deliverable
? User Interface defined, prototyped and approved
? Working prototypes of major areas tested, reviewed and approved by users

Must
? Proven UI Designer/Engineer with at least 5 years of project experience in a similar environment
? Understand the end-user's behavior
? Design efficient interfaces
? Focused on ease of use (UI in general; user guidance; error/message design)
? Graphical Design Skills
? Focus on deliverables
? Ready and willing to cooperate with the other functions in the project team
? Proof of success in similar projects

Good-to-have
? Development skills in .Net
? Knowledge of solutions in Sales and CPQ applications
? Knowledge of business processes and experiences in machine industry

Overall
? visible commitment to the interests of the customer in previous projects
? high analytical skills and solution orientation
? proven sense and ability for lateral thinking
? noticeable skill in dealing with people (communication, team spirit, motivation, ability to convince, ability to deal with conflicts)
? Team player
