Für unseren Kunden suchen wir mehrere sehr erfahrenen Requirements Analyst/Engineer, Functional Architect, Business Systems Analyst wie folgt (English):

Deliverables
? Requirements Engineering / Analysis of the current application and the select Business Enhancements to establish the Blueprint Paper (backlog, estimation, scheduling) as a basis for the Realization project phase

Must
? Work directly with IT and business stakeholders
? Elicit, analyze and document requirements
? Able to dive into application environments and work with Architect/Developer to analyse and document functional requirements (close to code and data base)
? Create functional / non-functional (quality) specifications to implement in the Realization phase
? Elaborate and create Agile backlog for Realization project phase
? Focus on deliverables (with high degree on technical details)
? Proof of success in similar projects
? Lateral thinking expected
? Ready and willing to cooperate with the other functions in the project team
? Proven skilled person with at least 5 years of project experience in a similar environment

Good-to-have
? Knowledge of solutions in Sales and CPQ applications
? Knowledge of business processes and experiences in machine industry

Overall
? visible commitment to the interests of the customer in previous projects
? high analytical skills and solution orientation
? proven sense and ability for lateral thinking
