Administrative Expert in Pharma wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Commercial training, business school degree or equivalent, University degree is advantageous
- Excellent administrative skills and working experience in this area
- Proficiency as an Administrative Expert and relevant additional career training
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, French is a plus
Your tasks:
- Planning, coordinating and communicating of complex administrative and organisational assignments in a global field
- Informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services
- Initiating new processes and coordinating the introduction of new or modified processes
- Acting as a project manager and handling administrative projects in design, planning, implementation, communication
