Administrative Expert in Pharma wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Commercial training, business school degree or equivalent, University degree is advantageous
  • Excellent administrative skills and working experience in this area
  • Proficiency as an Administrative Expert and relevant additional career training
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, French is a plus


Your tasks:
  • Planning, coordinating and communicating of complex administrative and organisational assignments in a global field
  • Informing, advising and supporting the team and associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines and services
  • Initiating new processes and coordinating the introduction of new or modified processes
  • Acting as a project manager and handling administrative projects in design, planning, implementation, communication
