On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Financial Manager to be permanently employed in Austria.The role entails lead and management accounting and reporting activities comprising monthly Group reporting, local statutory reporting and related activities, involves accurate tracking of all inter-company transactions and margin eliminations plus development of common processes and interfaces between a region unit and its companies and includes group finance functions such as tax, planning and reporting.
You will define reporting requirements implementing these into financial systems, interfacing with different unities for treasury activities ensuring compliance to local law and policies. The role dimension impacts key KPIs, Free cash flow in a multi million Euro environment.
For this challenging role you should have a relevant degree, business accounting qualification (BA, CPA) or similar, including expertise in auditing and tax knowledge. In-depth knowledge of statutory accounting practices on group consolidation and margin elimination aspects, with finance systems and tools; cross functional communication skills on board level and project management fundamentals experience. A good decision maker focused and reliable with good risk awareness acting in the interest of stakeholders in an international and large environment.
Fluency in both German and English is essential.
