PMO wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Familiarity with SharePoint especially in maintaining documentation storage
- Confidence in communication with different Stakeholders (Senior and Workstream leads)
- Proficiency of writing minutes and preparing presentations, excellent verbal and written communications skills are therefore mandatory
- Ability of End-to-End meeting process management and maintenance of meeting schedule
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Initiating agenda setting with meeting hosts
- Collecting input from presenters, facilitating content review and sending presentation to participants
- Supervising and ensuring deadlines as well as maintaining consistent look and feel of presentations
- Enabling bi-weekly status reporting and ensuring timelines of Risk/Issue/Action/Change Request logs on Programme Level
