Beschreibung

PMO wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Familiarity with SharePoint especially in maintaining documentation storage
  • Confidence in communication with different Stakeholders (Senior and Workstream leads)
  • Proficiency of writing minutes and preparing presentations, excellent verbal and written communications skills are therefore mandatory
  • Ability of End-to-End meeting process management and maintenance of meeting schedule
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Initiating agenda setting with meeting hosts
  • Collecting input from presenters, facilitating content review and sending presentation to participants
  • Supervising and ensuring deadlines as well as maintaining consistent look and feel of presentations
  • Enabling bi-weekly status reporting and ensuring timelines of Risk/Issue/Action/Change Request logs on Programme Level
