For our life science client we are currently looking for a
Status Reporting PMO
Start date: 04.12.2017
End date: 31.08.2018
Location: Basel
Main tasks:
- Developing and executing the progress reporting processes including timelines for collecting, compiling and distributing materials
- Setting up and facilitating status review meetings across Programs and Workstreams
- Partnering with the communications team to design, implement and execute internal communications
- Project management of all key executive and PMO communications decks, derived actions, follow-ups, etc.
- Recording and follow up on relevant actions, risks and changes
- Supporting the PMO Lead by administering project control tasks
- Performing regular analysis on the key performance indicators of the project
- Preparing and providing inputs and dashboards to the project's progress report
- Developing comprehensive program communications plan across multiple major, cross-divisional improvement programs in Development
- Liaising with the stakeholders of a large-scale Matrix organization initiative to regularly align reporting, communications plan and messaging strategy
- Oversee the development and housekeeping of key communications deliverables such as websites, leadership presentations, town hall presentations and external engagements
Skills:
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in communications and reporting
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written. Fluent/Native English speaker
- Excellent skills of preparing presentations for top management and executive committees
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Several years' experience in working within a PMO of a global program
