For one of our main clients in Zurich we are searching for a Senior Java Developer with several years of experience.
Requirements:
- Development in the area of Pricing (Equity/FX/Commodities/Interest Rates, Fixed Income).
- Involved in Design, implementation and scalability.
- Building Real Time monitoring tools and GUIs.
- Developing Unit Tests, involved in System Integration and Testing.
- Developing the system administration and setup scripts for the system.
- Second and third level support of the production system.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a software developer
- Strong Java experience with multi-threaded and/or asynchronous programming
- Good Shell Scripting skills and Linux knowledge.
- Experience with Event Processing systems such as StreamBase and/or Apama is an advantage.
- Good experience to work in an international, dynamic and diversified environment
- Web development experience is an advantage
- Experience in financial industry especially in FX and Equities
- Fluent English and German knowledge is a plus
