Your tasks:
- Project management of all key executive and PMO communications decks, derived actions, follow-ups, etc.
- Developing and executing the progress reporting processes including timelines for collecting, compiling and distributing materials
- Setting up and facilitating status review meetings across programs and work streams
- Partnering with the communications team to design, implement and execute internal communications
- Recording and follow up on relevant actions, risks and changes
- Developing comprehensive program communications plan across multiple major, cross-divisional improvement programs in development
- Liaising with the stakeholders of a large-scale matrix organization initiative to regularly align reporting, communications plan and messaging strategy
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in communications and reporting
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent presentation preparation skills for top management and executive committees
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Profound experience in working within a PMO of a global program
