Training Administrator - Clinical Development (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support Global Clinical Development (GCD) Training in a local and global context
- Independently take care of training administrative tasks and maintain training administrative processes
- Assist in the advertising and promotion of training workshops
- Schedule/coordinate training meetings and events
- Prepare for training events including tracking attendance, compiling attendee signature list and preparing training materials
- Proactively support Line Manager with respect to organization of meetings, administrative requests, and Internal/external correspondence
- Organize business trips, internal courses, internal and external meetings (including webinar, video and telephone conferences) and coordinate with respective colleagues in the USA and affiliate offices
- Attend and support newcomers, visitors and consultants of the department
- Create new user accounts, deactivate leavers and assign eLearning within the CD eLearning centre
Your qualifications
- High school level education, e.g. commercial school
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), any additional language advantageous
- Knowledge in computing with competent skills in Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail and scheduling of meetings
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently (e.g. in the absence of line manager) and under pressure
- Ability to work proactively, ability to take initiative
