QA Admin Expert with fluent French skills wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutcial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Apprenticeship or bachelor degree in Natural science
- Several years professional experience in analytics, quality assurance, production, distribution or pharmacy
- Knowledge of production and lab processes needed to understand and evaluate deviation, OOS and Complaints
- Structured and reliable work to guarantee an adequate administration of documents
- Competent handling of timelines for releases enhanced by the ability to collaborate with you colleagues to reach targets on schedule
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, fluent French would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Maintaining the quality of goods in the market as well as preparing work for release of goods to the market
- Keeping track of and logging observed deviations and other relevant information
- Ensuring fast release process according to priority list
- Preparing new Agreements and and new PSA 's as well as updating them
- Tracking of CAPA 's in different electronic systems and their monthly reporting
- Taking part in trainings, perform e-learnings in timely manner and perform trainings in agreement with supervisor
