For a longterm project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Senior Developer / Requirements Engineer - .NET / C# (4859)

This is a fully hybrid role with each team member taking responsibility for requirements engineering, development & testing.

Your Qualifications:

- Strong skills in OOP, .NET C# 4.5 or above, LINQ, multi-threading
- Strong experience with WPF / MVVM pattern (candidates with extensive Silverlight knowledge could also be considered)
- Good DB design and SQL knowledge including SQL Server 2008 or above
- Experience designing UI from a usability / user interaction point of view
- Previous experience as a Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst
- Web technologies: Asp.Net MVC & Web Api, JavaScript (jQuery, angular, knockout etc.)
- Good knowledge in WCF and messaging / queue technologies
- Fluent in English, German would be a plus

Your Responsibilities:

- Working independently and as part of a small team in an agile environment, under the guidance of the tech lead
- Developing components on a Microsoft 3-tier architecture system, with particular focus on the service tier
- Enhancing existing functionalities and designing/implementing new features following coding best practices
- Taking part in extending the testing framework and maintaining / improving unit tests
- Understanding the business specifications, converting requirements into technical solutions
- Supporting the Production Environment and the end-users
