NextLink is an IT Consultancy that has been providing both IT services and IT staffing to major customers in the past 20 years.We are looking for an On-Site IT Support with the following skillset (job based in Lausanne, Switzerland):
6-12 months contract.
Good communication skills in French and English
Client Support
Hardware Break-Fix services for End User Hardware
Software Break-Fix services for IT Owners Software
Replacement Device service and Swap service
Client Device Incident Resolution support
Windows OS support
Troubelshooting of SW incidents
Client Network, VPN, WLAN connection
Mobile device synchronisation
IP telephony
Office 365 1st level support
Location Lausanne
