To fill an open position at our prestigious customer, we are looking for an
Administrative Officer 80% (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Prepare and maintain business area documents and publications and ensure their timely production and correct formatting
- Prepare and manage contracts for technical advisers, academics and other visitors and handle relevant logistics
- Maintain business area databases of information/contact details
- Handle all logistical aspects of management/staff meetings and events, both internal and external
- Maintain the business areas’ web pages both on the Intranet and external restricted web applications
- Handle routine office tasks, e.g. mail, calls, internal and external requests, with little supervision
- Keep colleagues’ and/or line manager’s travel arrangements in order
- Deal with budgetary matters
- Provide backup for administrative colleagues in the other business areas
- Participate, in projects that may be implemented bank-wide or in the business area
Your qualifications
- A-level, secretarial diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English - ability to edit texts in English essential
- Knowledge of German or another major language an advantage
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-mail/Internet tools
- Good organisation and time management skills, accuracy, speed and attention to detail
- Ability to work in close collaboration with colleagues
- Readiness to step in at peak periods is essential
