Software Engineer with profound C++ and Python knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Master degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years' professionalism in modern C++ with focus on code quality, simplicity and ease of maintenance
- 5+ years of working proficiency in an agile environment using unit testing, automation and best practices
- 3+ years of scientific computing knowledge and proven practical experience with libraries like Boost and Eigen
- Familiarity with debugging applications on Windows, Mac and Linux
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Developing the computational backend of applications used to discover evaluable and validatable data
- Cooperating regarding technical decision making for the implementation of new algorithms to mine sensor data
- Reinforcing the existing infrastructure that handles the data collected from sensors used in clinical trials
- Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers and life science experts
