For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zug, we are looking to staff a Business Analyst (Pharma) to start on 01 Nov, 2017Job Description
• Supports the business process definition on all levels (budget, timeline, scope, constraints)
• Manages the end to end business process on a technical level (coordination of requirements, architecture and operational aspects)
• Identifies and prioritizes operational changes (e.g business relevant configurations) and fixes, and ensures that they are effectively planned, documented, tested, communicated and sustainably implemented
• Resolves support requests (business perspective) or forwards to appropriate business / IT queues
• Maintains support process tools and reports (support KPI, data QA, communication, etc.)
• Maintains master data / meta data elements and ensures data consistency according to defined criteria
Must Haves
• University degree
• 4-5 years experience in software engineering / development
• Several years experience in global projects
• 5 years experience in building and maintaing (meta)data concepts and models Experience in working in a global matrix organisation
• Good understanding of requirements and expectations within a project
• Proficient in English (Written and spoken)
• German (Written and spoken)
Nice to Haves
• Business Process Management certification
