For our client, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for ambitious candidates for the following contract role:
IT-Support Analyst
Location: Zurich
Durarion: 6 months
Your role
- Supporting data discrepancy remediation processes which ensure that Security IT meets its audit controls within the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process
- Help define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- Maintain a knowledge database for the processes being refined
Your team
You'll be working in the Access Management support team for Security IT. Our role is to support the portfolio of applications that provision user access rights for the various IT Systems and applications within the bank.
Your experience and skills
- IT support experience either at 1st or 2nd level
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- Technical experience to include unix command line
Nice-to-have skills
- Access Management experience would be a benefit
- Simple SQL creation and execution of pre-defined queries using TOAD or some other direct access tool
- An understanding and experience of LDAP and tools such as Softerra would be advantageous
Non-IT skills
- A confident communicator
- Good at creating documentation in the form of knowledge articles
- Fluent in English or German speaker with good English skills
