For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior Recruiter - Financial Industry (4835)
In this position you will be part of our clients' inhouse recruitment team, responsible for all banking operations roles.
As the perfect candidate you have:
- Several years of experience in recruitment. At least two years of in-house recruiting
- Experience in recruiting Financial Industry profiles
- Strong focus on applicant management
- Experience with recruitment-tools
- You are communicative and passionate about human resources
- You deliver a high level service
- You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English and German
Your responsibilities:
- You will handle and manage the whole recruitment process for banking roles from identification until onboarding
- You will make sure that candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
- You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and other HR teams
- You will conduct professional interviews and give solid feedbacks to the Hiring Mangers about the applicants
- You will administer the whole process with the internal recruitment-tool
