Request and Test analyzer On behalf of one major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a Tester /Request and test finalizer for a project in Switzerland.Project description Planning, designing and operating IT services for day-to-day activities. Controlling, monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of data processing, network and server systemsMain Tasks Packaging Decision Board request preparation; ensures with BAO that all required information is available (source, license key, Installation instruction) Provisioning & management of "Win7 UAT" and "Win7 Playground" environment Provides packages to be tested to the test environment (VM server or local client) Tracks Web & Local Apps with IM; register in Master Excel Sheet andBackup for role (Web&Local Apps Tracker). Installation and maintenance of PCs, peripherals, servers, networks and communication installations Creation and maintenance of operating manuals, user guides and check lists Special RequirementsTesting and implementation of new software products and releasesKnowledge in HP Service Desk , Rada / Active DirectoryFluent English .Compulsory: experienwithin Swiss pharma player.Project scopeStart: ASAP.Duration: until End 2010 with extension option.Interested?
