Administrative Assistant wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in a similar position in a matrix environment required
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and competency of SAP
- Customer and quality focus with priority on internaI and external customer satisfaction in the delivery of tasks
- Sense of anticipating obstacles and rapidly proposing workable alternative solutions in complex situations
- Languages: fluent German and English, both written and spoken, French is an asset
Your tasks:
- Managing data collection, entry, processing and archiving for purchase orders, good receipts, contracts, clearing, payment orders and vendors within the department
- Being responsible for providing administrative support for projects, such as tracking, updating, internal and external archiving in the department
- Supporting the control of the budget and financial transactions as well as fulfilling administrative support of the team ensuring new employees have basic tools at start
- Coordinating key platform for communication and correspondence with internal departments and external contact partners representing the department
