Beschreibung

Administrative Assistant wanted for our Zug based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Working experience in a similar position in a matrix environment required
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders and competency of SAP
  • Customer and quality focus with priority on internaI and external customer satisfaction in the delivery of tasks
  • Sense of anticipating obstacles and rapidly proposing workable alternative solutions in complex situations
  • Languages: fluent German and English, both written and spoken, French is an asset


Your tasks:
  • Managing data collection, entry, processing and archiving for purchase orders, good receipts, contracts, clearing, payment orders and vendors within the department
  • Being responsible for providing administrative support for projects, such as tracking, updating, internal and external archiving in the department
  • Supporting the control of the budget and financial transactions as well as fulfilling administrative support of the team ensuring new employees have basic tools at start
  • Coordinating key platform for communication and correspondence with internal departments and external contact partners representing the department
