Tasks:
• Produce status reports and financial forecasts as part of organizational deliverables.
• Work on identification of financial risks.
• Provide administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management.
• Ownership of the financial control framework for the organization.
• Maintain resource planning together with the team leads.
• Invoice handling split and coding of the organization.
• Accruals control of the organization.
Requirements:
• Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services.
• Understanding of financials of an organization.
• Experienced in financial controlling.
• Worked with tools like SAP, CA PPM.
• High experience with MS excel and the full MS Office suite.
Soft Skills:
• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, concise manner.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, leadership, written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
