+Responsibilities+Assess the SharePoint 2007 environment and verify and/or confirm the homogeneous and non customized SharePoint 2007 environment (non-customized 13'000 SiteCollections)
Design the migration approach to SharePoint 2016 taking into account the segregation of duties between engineering and operations
Develop a remediation plan for a small percentage of non-standard SharePoint 2007 SiteCollections
Design a migration planning and communication platform as a basis for the 6 months factory migration
Drive the Pilot and handover the developed tools to operations
Lead and support a TC that is responsible for developing appropriate PowerShell scripts to trigger Metalogix jobs
Lead and support a TC that is responsible for developing a redirection tool
Coordinate/fine-tune migration processes between the customers Engineering and Operational team
Assessment report, migration and process design, developed communication platform
Configured and customer accepted jobs Metalogix Content Matrix

*Requirements*
Familiar in working in a big, and international operating environment
Expert knowledge in developing the appropriate migration tools
More than 6 years expert-level Solution Architect experience on SharePoint migration projects, including hands on experiences
Fluent in English

Very good communication skills in order to facilitate the development of the required process designs
