Support level 1 with ITIL certification wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' of relevant working experience with banking systems and business flows
- ITIL certification or good understanding of the ITIL framework
- Experience with MS Office products and SPLUNK
- Knowledge of messaging systems like Swift or MQ
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing 1st level support
- Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support
- Maintaining database application in an analytical environment
- Working within a team of around 5-10 application support analysts
