Beschreibung

Support level 1 with ITIL certification wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • 3+ years' of relevant working experience with banking systems and business flows
  • ITIL certification or good understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Experience with MS Office products and SPLUNK
  • Knowledge of messaging systems like Swift or MQ
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Providing 1st level support
  • Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support
  • Maintaining database application in an analytical environment
  • Working within a team of around 5-10 application support analysts
