For one of our clients, an international bank, we are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist with experience of Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
Task:
You will be working within the Bank's internal reporting team which manages the group financial reporting systems to deliver analysis and reports to Senior Decision Makers. You will be working on reporting tools to support the top six legal entities within the Bank.
Tasks will include:

develop data structure and logic as per the Legal Entity reporting requirements

maintain and improve the data interfaces between Group Finance data warehouse, the Oracle database and the Reporting Tool

act as the interface between the Legal Entity accounting/reporting function and IT for collating requirements and specifications for new developments and testing new functionalities
Your Profile:
You should come from a solid financial and accounting background but also have good system and tool knowledge. An experienced implementer or superuser who can set-up advanced queries yourself but we are not looking for an IT coder.
You should have:
- degree in Finance or Economics

Many years working experience in financial reporting and accounting

Good understanding of financial data and data structures

Ideally knowledge of SAP Analysis or IBM Cognos or a similar reporting tool

Expert user of MS Excel (preferably including VBA)

Fluent in English
