Support L1/L2 -PL1, Unix, SQL with Domain experience wanted for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in a relevant area
- Working experience in a similar position
- Strong practical know-how in Unix and SQL with Domain knowledge
- Expertise of Excel along with excellent Unix skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support
- Supporting the team in incident analysis and defect fixing
- Maintaining database application in an analytics environment along with efficient troubleshooting in collaboration with technicians of different teams
