Your Responsibilities:

· Improve the delivery of Programmes and Initiatives in the International Group with regard to the Project Management dimensions (cost/time/scope)

· Mentor and support Group Programme Managers and Initiative Managers in the Project Management process, especially during the set-up and planning phase as well as in crisis situations

· Support on-going tracking and controlling of all relevant Group Programmes and Initiatives and ensure quality control of the respective reports

Identify, manage and communicate dependencies between Group Programmes and Initiatives on a Group level with the involved stakeholders to ensure
o most effective co-ordination of all relevant Group and Local Projects

o the achievement of synergies

and to prevent conflicting actions and plans on a Project Portfolio level

Carry out Project Reviews (on demand) in order to constantly enforce corrective and preventive measures for Group Programmes and Initiatives
Evaluate failure and success of implemented Group Programmes and Initiatives and in course of a continuous improvement cycle collect and apply Lessons Learned
Coach the local Project Management Offices by providing hands-on support in terms of Project Management and Project Portfolio Management to improve the project management maturity in the NWBs
· Further develop and continuously enhance the common Project Management Methodolgy for Group Programmes and Initiatives

· Enforce the Project Management Policies and Procedures that have been defined


Your Qualifications:

· University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

· 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Project Management Office, preferably
in a banking environment

· Excellent Project Management Skills mandatory

· Certification by PMI (PMP level) preferred

· Familiarity with a Centralised Project Management System

· Experience with Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project
Server

· Impeccable attention to detail

· Ability to communicate complex facts and concepts in a simplified way

· Excellent interpersonal skills:

o Having a dedicated customer focus and the willingness to meet their expectations and requirements

o Being able to establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders on different hierarchy levels and being able to quickly gain their trust and respect

o Being direct and truthful and being able to communicate appropriately on different levels (e.g. Senior Management, Project Managers, Network Banks)

o Applying a high level of drive for result and acting very bottom-line oriented

o Having a certain frustration tolerance and applying high commitment to the mission of improving the Project Management Culture in Raiffeisen International Group

· Ability to handle many separate tasks simultaneously.

· Demonstrate a strong grasp of both business and technology issues

· Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment

· High level of initiative and persistence

· Team orientation and contributing to a positive team atmosphere

· Ability to handle administrative tasks

· Superior organisation skills

· CEE experience preferred, showing cultural sensibility

· English language mandatory, German and/or Slavic language preferred

· Willingness to travel (min. 25%)
