On behalf of our client, one of the largest financial institutions in Zürich, we are looking for a Outsourcing Program Director (HR). For this 10 month contracting position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who is available as ASAP.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT
  • Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
  • Development and execution of user training and stakeholder communications
  • Lead the strategic IT discussion
  • Responsibility for special HR projects as part of global Group IT Human Capital work streams, ie strategic workforce planning
  • Be sparring partner for the Head of Group IT HRBP on delivering the overall Human Capital Agenda for the division
  • Support and closely collaborate with the whole team of HRBP within the Group IT to deliver thought-through core HR processes, such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Promotions as well as Compensation and Employee Surveys
  • Accountability for analytics, reporting and deep dive
  • Manage the planning and communication of Core HR Processes for the Group IT HRBP team
  • Coordinate various bank's wide initiatives/reports

Essential skills and experiences:

  • Solid track record in best practices regarding outsourcing, mergers & acquisitions and Compensation, Benefits, understanding Terms & Conditions related to employment contracts
  • Very good proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as HR technologies
  • Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
  • Experience in analysing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management
  • High integrity and responsibility combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
  • Previous experience in banking industry would be a plus
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
