For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedPMO / Business Management Support - Banking (4674)
You will support the Risk & Finance IT Management and COO team with key initiatives in Strategy and Management Support with Executive Level exposure.
Your Qualifications:
-4 - 6 years experience in Project and Management Support with broad knowledge of typical Business- & Project Management topics
-Highly experienced interacting with senior management
-Well versed in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) with experience creating decks for senior management
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the flexibility to interact on all different seniority levels
-Fluent in English (oral/written)
Your Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize and autonomously run part of or a complete project, end to end
-Support the preparation of senior management presentations/Townhalls/etc.
-Represent Risk & Finance IT in overarching projects or topics
-Coordinate diverse meeting inputs/outputs (e.g. request, consolidate, validate, track, ensure quality)
-Moderate and minute-taking of divers status report meetings and other management meetings
