Training Lead/Coordinator - Training - English - Basel area - Switzerland
NextLink is having an existing position as a Training Lead/Coordinator for global projects in Basel area, Switzerland.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensures the training strategy is executed as defined
Manages and coordinate all training development activities
Manages time, budget and resources during training development
Ensures communication between all parties during training development
Works together with Instructional Designer and vendors to coordinates training material review cycles
Ensures quality of training material including adhering to Roche technical compatibility requirements
Setup and tests
Initiates training delivery and evaluation
Ensures the organization (invitation) of the Train-the-Trainer/Data Admin session (if applicable)
Ensures appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
Ensures quality of training material including adhering to client's technical compatibility requirements
Ensures communication between all parties during training development
Ensures the Role Mapping spreadsheet is maintained
Escalate issues to OCM Lead
Prepare and present weekly training report to OCM Team as needed
Excellent process tracking and time management skills are required to be able to handle a big amount of data manually
Extremely well organized and structured, in order to handle big quantity of data
Open minded, willing to learn, cooperative working style, needs to be able to communicate appropriately with different levels
Must Haves:
+5 years of experience in general project management in the IT area
Specification: +2 years of experience in project management in context of trainings (previous experience managing major training development initiatives)
+ 2 years of pharmaceutical experience
Fluent in English
