For our international client based in Basel, Experis is currently looking for a Training Lead.

Background:

ServiceNow will replace HPSM as the standard IT Service Management tool for all IT solutions/services that use the standard Global IT processes. The training for this project aims to support the replacement of the current IT Service Management tool (HPSM) with a cloud-based ServiceNow and simplification of associated processes. To make this happen the project is looking for a professional Training Lead/Project Manager to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM). The contractor will report to the ITSM Next Generation Project OCM Lead and will manage the Instructional Designer and vendors.

- Work location: Kaiseraugst
- Workload: 100%
- Remote/Home Office: Possible up to 20%
- Travelling: Not required
- Additional information: A team of 5 team members, most interaction with the OCM Lead, Training Lead/Coordinator, SMEs and vendors.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Ensures the training strategy is executed as defined
* Manages and coordinate all training development activities
* Manages time, budget and resources during training development
* Ensures communication between all parties during training development
* Works together with Instructional Designer and vendors to coordinates training material review cycles
* Ensures quality of training material including adhering to technical compatibility requirements
* Initiates training delivery and evaluation
* Ensures the organization (invitation) of the Train-the-Trainer/Data Admin session (if applicable)
* Ensures appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
* Ensures quality of training material including adhering to technical compatibility requirements
* Ensures communication between all parties during training development
* Ensures the Role Mapping spreadsheet is maintained
* Escalate issues to OCM Lead
* Prepare and present weekly training report to OCM Team as needed
* Excellent process tracking and time management skills are required to be able to handle a big amount of data manually
* Extremely well organized and structured, in order to handle big quantity of data
* Open minded, willing to learn, cooperative working style, needs to be able to communicate appropriately with different levels

You bring for this role the following qualifications:

* +5 years of experience in general project management in the IT area
* +2 years of experience in project management in context of trainings (previous experience managing major training development initiatives)
* + 2 years of working experience in pharma
* Fluent in English
