For our pharma client in Basel we are looking for an

Artwork Change/Supply Chain Coordinator

Lead and coordinate various AwOps (Artwork Operations) activities locally and in global projects to ensure regulatory-compliant artwork creation for printed packaging material based on assembled texts, technical specifications and design guidelines for all various business cases by coordinating among and communicating with different cross divisional business partners (Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Supply Chain and Global Artworks) and suppliers (Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO), External Service Providers etc.) focusing on a high customer service level.

Major Accountabilities:

* Represent AwOps in local and global projects (eg Launch, Transfer, Divestment projects, global initiatives as Serialization, etc.), dealing with cross divisional business partners and aligning individual contribution with department/unit objectives and overall business objectives

- Provide technical expertise in area of responsibility

-Lead creation of new procedures (GOP, SOP, WP, etc.) or adapt and update existing procedures due to changes in the global processes

-Responsible for onboarding new CMOs to the End-to-End ESO artwork process

-Create a gap assessment of the ESO artwork process versus CMO process

-Negotiate, set-up and implement Artwork Process Agreement (APA)

-Provide training and documentation to the CMOs in order to enable them to perform their duties in accordance with the ESO artwork process

-Lead and coordinate mass artwork changes and major projects

-Supervise and plan volume, capacity and timelines under consideration of project priorities

-Ensure understanding, coordination and implementation of specific projects such as Serialization, Tamper evidence, packaging design books, color management, etc. with all involved stakeholders

-Ensure in time availability of regulatory-compliant, high quality artworks resulting in printed packaging materials turntable Basel worldwide (avoid recalls)

-Responsible for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliant documentation following external and internal regulatory aspects and processes

-Ensure creation and implementation of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for deviations and performance improvement for all involved parties (NTO ESO scope)

-Manage performance of the CMOs and External Service Providers

-Set clear objectives and review Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with CMOs and External Service Providers

-Deputize line manager in global AwOps exchange meetings or other meetings/projects

Candidate Profile

- Education-University degree or higher eductation in technical, scientific or economical discipline

-Formal education in typesetting, priniting or comparable business area

-Experience in packaging, engineering or Supply Chain

-English - fluent written and spoken; additional languages are a plus

Experience:

-Know-how of best practices in change control/material mgt. (systems)

-Minimum 3-years of experience in artwork creation environment and/or global project management experience or

-3-years of experience in Supply Chain Management in industry and ability to act in an intercultural, complex and rapidly changing business environment
