Change Management and Communications Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support the team in various activities around the planning and delivery of Change Management and Communications topics for the Procurement Committee portfolio of projects and initiatives, relevant deployment teams, and “horizontal” topics which cover end-to-end approaches
- Support Pharma Deployment of the Procurement Process Projects (working closely with the Head of Pharma Deployments and the PMO team to ensure consistency across all RPC objectives)
- Work closely with the internal Change Management & Comms Lead to drive consistent change
- Develop clear and compelling communications
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in change management, communications, training and/or project management, customer service or other relevant experience, preferably in a global, matrixed or diverse environment
- Experience in supporting larger scale project implementations; experience with transformational projects is beneficial
- Procurement project experience required
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience is also of advantage
- Ability to easily engage with people across all levels of the organization, quickly establishing trust and credibility
