Agile Project management Leader wanted for our Vaud based client in the food sector.Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in Agile Software Development
- Competency of SAFe and/or LeSS
- Several years of Project Management experience and strong interpersonal skills as well as solving skills
- Familiarity with GLOBE
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Defining and specifying a maturity model for projects and project managers re. agility
- Creating a training plan and a repository of projects and project managers
- Implementing a tool to assess maturity of projects
- Implementing a tool to assess maturity of project managers reagility
