Application Manager with Java development experience wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in Computer Science
- Several years of Java development experience in the finance sector
- Good understanding of IT integration and technologies like Red Hat Enterprise Linux, JBOSS EAP, Java JDK, Java, Web Services (REST, SOAP), MQ Series and Oracle
- Profound knowledge within software development and service oriented structure as well as solid background in application management
- Structured working routine with the ability to address options and underlying evaluation
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Maintaining support in terms of lifecycle changes, application documentation, regular controls, statistics, etc.
- Performing Operational Readiness Test along with providing approval for CRM releases and the active technical accompaniment of the CRM developers during a project
- Analysing Change Requests and being responsible for non-functional and technical requirements and release bundling
- Acting as subject matter expert of technical end-to-end processes, logical and physical architecture, and technical components
- Taking ownership of the application documentation (e.g. Security Concept, Infrastructure Design, Solution Design and Operating Manual)
- Being responsible for Service monitoring, availability control, and 3rd level application support (Service Request-, Incident and Problem-Management)
