Digital Biomarker Device Deployment Manager (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Support for digital biomarker device installations, deployments, device returns and ad-hoc PM/support requests on ongoing clinical studies
- Support for establishing and documenting new device deployment processes on new clinical studies, including creating input to training material
- Management of specific device batches and shipments
- Support for device installations and other technical work
- Support for ad-hoc demo, event preparations
- Support software testing and release efforts
Your qualifications
- ITIL certification
- Experience with device installation management and shipment
- Experience with establishing device installation processes
- Experience in IT organizations
- Fluency in English, German skills preferable
- Test script development and execution experience
- Quality mindset and attention to detail
- Process-orientation and ability to work independently
