1st / 2nd level Support with profound Mainframe knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the IT sector.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in a relevant area
- Expertise in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
- Excellent knowledge of Mainframe
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support
- Supporting the team in incident analysis and defect fixing
