Business Analyst with GDPR wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with working experience in multinational matrix organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Competency of process design and roll-out
- Excellent knowledge of the conventional MS Office applications like Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Magnificent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Analysing existing processes, structures, and organizations, identify gaps, and support the project with tailored remediation efforts
- Appraising the new data protection law and translate the legal context into an organizational and operational environment
- Designing processes and defining requirements in collaboration with various business and IT groups and stakeholders
- Organizing and conducting working group meetings to validate and refine process designs
- Establishing and implementing a process roll-out strategy
