For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedOracle Database Designer/Developer - Risk Applications (4510)
The Analytics team is looking for a Database Designer/Developer (Oracle) for several firmwide Risk Applications (so-called monitoring systems, calculators and others). As a member of the "Methodology Technology" team you provide database services and components (Oracle) to several Firmwide Risk Applications.
Your Qualifications:
-10+ years working experience as a Database Designer/Developer / Software Engineer, preferabley within banking area - experience as DBA would be advantageous
-Excellent knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL - good experience with Tools such as Toad and Power Designer
-In–depth experience in high volume and high performance, scalable database design experience is essential
-Experience in logical and physical data modelling
-Very good analytical and design skills and the ability to grasp complex business or technical issues in a structured and efficient manner
-Experience in the area of Risk IT is an advantage
