For our client, a major pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a
Business Administrator SAP CLM (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Provide first level user support to GCRM and Contract Manager users of GRACE contract management system (SAP CLM)
- Provide second level user support for escalated GRACE system issues
- Perform data updates via CLM mass update utilities and maintain CLM master data tables
- Implementation of Business Admin allowable CLM configuration changes and management of system templates
- Collaborate with GPP BPMs, SimpleBuy Projects and Legal to define process for proper use of system and on continuous improvement initiatives
- Use knowledge of business processes, systems, and best practices to optimize system experience for users
- Support program for training new users on system including development/update of training materials and training
- Make decisions that impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the GRACE system and the GCRM records team and the GCRM SLAs
- Examples of decisions to be made are resolution of complex system issues or escalation to IT and eventual resolution; process improvements for business administration process and tools (such as making load process more efficient or providing new tools for GCRM); and approach for update of contract templates
- Communicate with different departments (in order of frequency): GCRM staff, Contract Managers using GRACE, other CTG BAs, Pharma IT S2P team, LCMH staff, all other users of GRACE
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business, Procurement or related discipline required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong experience, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry with profound experience providing system support
- Thorough understanding of systems, systems management terminology, methodologies, tools and databases
- Knowledgeable about contract management systems, SAP CLM specific experience preferred
- Knowledge of relational databases required, with experience managing large datasets and maintaining data integrity; experience with SQL is a plus
- Good understanding of contracting and legal business processes
- Independently able to troubleshoot difficult problems, define requirements, and make decisions of moderately complex scope
- Strong analytical abilities including ability to link systems logic to business processes
- Proactive in problem solving, able to foresee interdependencies of system changes on process and vice versa
- Strong customer focus mentality, drive to ensure system users are successful
- Collaborative team player with ability to build effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple, complex tasks/projects and priorities efficiently
