Junior IT PMO / Administrative Clerk wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience as PMO / Administrative clerk and experience in IT Project Management
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools and familiarity with enterprise IT-Systems
- IT background would be a big plus
- Result and delivery oriented working attitude, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
- Ability to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
- Languages: Fluent English
Your tasks:
- Ensuring administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
- Organizing business engagement meetings and workshops
- Maintaining documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
- Writing status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
