Junior IT PMO / Administrative Clerk wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • At least 1 - 2 years working experience as PMO / Administrative clerk and experience in IT Project Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools and familiarity with enterprise IT-Systems
  • IT background would be a big plus
  • Result and delivery oriented working attitude, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
  • Languages: Fluent English


Your tasks:
  • Ensuring administrative support to the project manager using agreed project management methodologies
  • Organizing business engagement meetings and workshops
  • Maintaining documentation for projects, including the tracking of risks, action logs and project deliverables
  • Writing status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
