For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a
Business Analyst - Finance (IFRS, US GAAP), Risk, Test cases
Start: ASAP
Duration: Initial contract of 12 months
Location: Zurich
In this project you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, including putting forward recommendations for solutions where required, preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the business requirements, preparation of test plans, test cases, co-ordinating with users and IT during the testing phase, execution of specific test cases, deployment, User training,
Skills and Experience needed:
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- Degree in Finance/Accounting/IT (MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA/CPA/ACCA) with experience in IFRS or US_GAAP accounting treatment
- Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills
- Very good analytical skills, problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Knowledge in banking products (loans, SLB, risk models, )
- Ability to work well under pressure, independently and to take initiative
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Good team player
