DaVinci Program:Replace up to 10+ year old statistical environment with modern clinical data analysis system/processes Revamp the current business processes and technology stack related to how we analyze & report clinical study data for submissions. The current environment ie GPSII, is outdated and is not meeting the needs of the current business users. The new environment should incorporate lean business processes (including changes in how clinical data analysis is done today) and leverage new technologies to provide functionalities for the evolving business needs, faster execution of programs, 24*7 availability of the application.
Responsibilities: The Business Analyst works closely with the business and technical teams and is a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable writes the URS and contributes to the functional specifications for DaVinci. This person has a good understanding of validated enterprise Quality Management Systems and Controlled Document Systems, and ensures that there is integration between business processes and technology solutions.
This position will maintain the connection between (current and newly defined) business processes work-flows, URS & FS. This position will be a key driver to interpret input on business processes and write definitions & requirements that can be translated into implementation specifications for the business process management DaVinci sub stream.
Scope: This position will have a significant role in supporting the development and optimization of DaVinci.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10+ Years supporting business process mapping and system implementations for Technical Operations and Development Sciences functions.
-Good experience in project management.
-Ability to understand technical end-user groups who have a high Programming experience
-Working understanding of GxP guidelines
-Proven track record of being able to apply technologies to business functions to maximize process performance
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Good organizational skills
-Ability to on-boardquickly with various differing technology ie able to quickly digest high-level concepts and be able to use it to link to business processes
-Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
-Must be able to work with limited direction and be a self-starter
-Must have a desire to learn new technologies both by instruction and self-teaching
-Must have good interpersonal skills
-Super-user understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Powerpoint)
Education:Information systems or related field
Languages:Fluent in English
