Business Analyst with profound Client Tax Reporting knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 8+ years' experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably with working experience within tax projects
- Good grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability and passion for supporting the development of IT systems and applications
- Ability to work across teams and functions
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an asset
Your tasks:
- Assessing existing set-up in terms of data model, cleansing activities and reconciliation
- Identifying and prioritizing gaps and improvement areas against defined target operating model and establishing a roadmap to cover tactical and strategic enhancements
- Specifying high level, detailed requirements to close the gaps and implement the enhancements
- Working with IT functions to deliver requirements where required for implementation
- Providing documentation of processes and business requirements
- Collaborating with SME's to ensure that risks and issues are highlighted and escalated
