Harvey Nash is looking for a Change Manager (HCM) 80-100% for a 7 + month project in Switzerland.
The main role of the contractor is change management and training development. The contractor will only support the PM, but his/her role will focus on CM activities.
You are responsible for
- Designing and managing global communication plans and activities
- Providing strategic vision for change management and user adoption of Planisware
- Development of training strategy and of the training itself
- Managing and facilitating workshops to ensure a strong understanding of change management principles and user adoption techniques to be deployed during the project
- Identifying change management and user adoption related business issues/risks and recommending options and plans to remediate
- Implementation and adoption of CM guidelines and standards across multiple work streams within the project
- Designing and managing global communication plans and activities
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in change management (particularly communication and stakeholder management; at least 4 years of experience in multinational companies)
- Experience in IT change management (experience with tool implementation is preferred)
- Certified in CM (Change Mgt)/OCM (Organizational Change Mgt)/or similar (eg PMP also possible)
- Experience in training development (in the last 5 years)
- Excellent English language skills
- Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative, and a "thinker")
- Ability to see the big picture, but at the same time do detailed work
- Great communication skills
- Great team player
- The contractor should have some IT knowledge and should understand IT-related topics or processes.
