Worldwide Digital Brand Manager with extensive digital focus wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Business University degree in Business Marketing
- In-depth experience with multichannel and digital marketing ideally in either the pharmaceutical or other close industries
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams/virtual teams accompanied by clear communication skills across countries with different cultures
- Profound knowledge of operational marketing experience including customer facing experience, and/or profound experience in operational marketing
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supervising the development, launch, rollout and maintenance of global Multichannel campaigns targeting appropriate customer groups according to brand strategy and frontline need
- Acquiring new insights through integration of data from all countries and customer groups
- Designing simulation scenarios to identify trends, opportunities and threats worldwide and in key local markets for product group and proposes corresponding measures
- Conducting communication, expediting product messaging and communication strategies across customer groups
- Leads the development of full-scale communication plans Provides leadership to design and delivery of marketing mix, balancing ROI with brand KPIs
