Responsibilities:-Migration Lead Cisco/Avaya to Skype for Business (Focus Avaya)
-Single point of contact (SPOC)
-Work with provided migration timeline checklist and migration plan to ensure the migration without issues
-Analysis of the data to describe CMO
-Planning the CMO (Use collected data to define FMO and plan for CMO->FMO)
-Implementation of the CMO plan
-Documentation of the procedure
Requirements:
-Deep knowledge in Avaya (e.g. GW configuration, Avaya Aura Contact Center, EC500, AES, Modular Messaging Mailbox, Call Flows,...)
-Deep knoweldge in Skype for Business
-Hands-on experience with AudioCodes equipment and software
-Knowledge in Telephony/Carrier (e.g. EMS, M1KB, MP, HD)
-Fluent in English and German
Nice to have:
-Experience in Cisco GW and configucation
