Administrative Specialist / Expert wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Commercial Training in business school or equivalent with very good administrative skills
- Working experience in administrative work is advantageous
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken, knowledge in another language is a big plus
Your tasks:
- Taking charge of general administrative tasks following a guideline and in a defined time frame as well as acting along common predefined guidelines
- Informing and assisting the line manager / team and / or customers concerning administrative matters
- Supporting basic administrative projects by ad-hoc attendance along with helping new employees in their introduction phase
